We look at the ingredients as well as the form in which they are used. On the product page, you can read which substances are in the formula. The label provides the full list of ingredients.

An ingredient says more when you also know the quantity. Therefore, look at the composition per recommended daily dose. This way, you can compare products based on the same information.
